I am a board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist dedicated to providing comprehensive and integrative care to children, adolescents, adults, and their families. I strive to incorporate traditional psychiatric modalities (e.g., medication and therapy) with holistic and innovative strategies (e.g., nutrition, supplements, exercise, mindfulness) to develop treatment plans tailored to my patient's needs to promote optimal mental health and well-being.
 
I received my BA in Psychology and Philosophy at Boston University and my medical degree from Wright State University School of Medicine. In addition, I completed my internship and residency in Adult Psychiatry at the University of New Mexico and my child and adolescent fellowship at the Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts General Hospital/McLean Hospital Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Program.

I enjoy speaking about the importance of mental health, reducing stigma, promoting prevention, and improving overall mental well-being. In addition, I love integrating my love of mental health through writing and lecturing about the use of music, literature, and film to teach about cultural issues in psychiatry and the role that music can play in treating children and adolescents.
